Your marketing team deserves better.
Gregory teaches association marketing teams how to build, own, and run AI workflows. The tools are new. The problems aren't. Your data, your brand's voice, your process, on your desktop.
What better looks like
Your CRM may already have AI. But you can't take it outside the platform or apply it to problems the vendor didn't anticipate.
Desktop AI is different. A Claude project configured with your brand guidelines, your audience data, and your workflow logic is not a feature inside someone else's software. It's your system. You can see every prompt, change it, and push the output back into your stack.
This is AI you own.
How it works
Gregory runs an intensive for association marketing teams. Six teams from six associations, building in parallel, on-site in Washington, DC. Each team arrives with a bottleneck to solve and leaves with a smarter process and the tools to keep building. Your team does the work. I'm there to show them how.
Teams typically bring membership renewal campaigns, session submission pipelines, conference marketing reports, or similar production workflows that eat weeks of manual effort. See more examples โ
We work in Claude Code, connecting APIs, building agents, writing scripts when the workflow needs it. You don't need to be a programmer, just martech-comfortable and ambitious.
Your team submits the workflow you want to build. We have a 30-minute call to scope it down, confirm feasibility, and set up tools.
Two hours of instruction, two hours of hands-on building, each day. I teach the methodology once; your team applies it to your specific workflow. You leave Day 3 with a working process.
Back to the shop. Run the workflow against real data. Show it to the colleague who wasn't in the room. Find out what breaks. A Slack channel with an AI support bot keeps you moving.
Two days of testing, hardening, documenting, and presenting, followed by a half-day group session: the honest conversation about what's working, what's meeting resistance, and what to build next.
A 30-day check-in: is it running, what broke, what did you change. The Slack channel stays open.

Gregory
Nearly a decade, I built and ran the marketing operation at AIA, one of the largest professional associations in the U.S. I learned where the friction lives. Since leaving, I've spent two years building production AI workflows with the same tools I teach in the program. I know what challenges association marketing teams, and how to address them without adding headcount or upending processes that already work.
See if it's a fit.
